Hello! My name is David Ratcliffe and I am the Principal Broker of Hot Springs 1st Choice Realty. We specialize in residential home sales in and around the greater Hot Springs area but are proficient at all aspects of real estate sales and marketing whether it be commercial, land or agricultural sales, whatever you may need! I personally spent over 22 years as an active-duty soldier in the Army, and after a successful career I moved to Hot Springs to live and work with my family. My wife Jessica and I are proud to call Hot Springs our home and are both involved in local businesses and charitable organizations. We spend most of our volunteer time helping with the local Humane Society and doing whatever we can to help animals in need.
